At the corner of Christopher and Bleecker, a new sanctuary of style has arrived. Dandelion, the latest project from Eytan Sugarman and Will Makris, brings a cinematic, "mood-first" energy to the West Village—proving that the best nights are often found in the most intimate spaces.
Named for the French dents-de-lion, the lounge balances grit with grace. The interior is a masterclass in texture: deep green marble, fluted wood paneling, and an amber glow that feels like a permanent golden hour. Glass-encased dandelions and original art by Leopoldo Goút line the walls, creating a space that feels less like a commercial bar and more like a private collector’s salon.

The menu is a sophisticated journey through mixology. Highlights include:
The Signature Martini Service: Accompanied by caviar-stuffed olives and parmesan ribbons.
The Green Hour: A curated selection of absinthe and Chartreuse for the traditionalist.
The Greek Martini: A savory, complex blend featuring mastiha and shiitake mushroom.
To complement the spirits, Chef Franco Sampogna (of Michelin-starred Frevo) has crafted a menu of "luxe bites." Expect high-low masterpieces like Wagyu Hot Dogs with truffle mayo and Bluefin Tuna Toast topped with uni and osetra caviar.
Dandelion doesn't just serve drinks; it serves an atmosphere. It is a vital new addition to the New York's West Village’s lineage of elegant, late-night haunts.
