Cartier Unveils New Clash De Cartier Jewelry

On February 2, 2026, Cartier unveiled their new Clash De Cartier Jewelry.
NEW MOVEMENT, FLUIDITY AND SENSUALITY IN YELLOW GOLD
Intended as a challenge to Clash de Cartier’s geometry, Cartier has designed entirely flexible pieces, including the collection’s first-ever yellow gold versions of necklaces and bracelets previously developed in rose gold. These are eye-catching, substantial pieces, some versions of which have two rows and are based on dual forms of expertise. One, lost-wax casting, is derived from traditional jewelry-making, while the other utilizes high-precision machining. This latter method is used to assemble up to 600 different components that must be made with the utmost care and accuracy to guarantee the wearer’s comfort. Each one is an ingenious construction of articulated elements polished by hand. All the parts are connected but remain free to move. This subtle mobility produces a tiny vibration – an actual sound that was specifically worked upon and optimized during the development processes.
NEW COLOR AND VOLUME FOR THE LATEST CLASH DE CARTIER PIECES
As a classic collection known for its distinctive studded mesh, Clash de Cartier is expanding its creative repertoire, adding colored stones, onyx, ever bolder extra-large volumes and adjustable wear. The colors of red-dyed agate and green-dyed agate, pink chalcedony and onyx enrich the aesthetics of Clash de Cartier. A series of hard stone beads interspersed with rose gold studs underlines the architectural volume of the rings, pendants and earrings in the collection.
Aligned to the millimeter, they comply with size requirements and a precise color grading chart that, thanks to this meticulous work, ensures results with harmonious color. These beads are pierced and then pinned with a clou de Paris nail to secure them in place. This complex and delicate process, alternating mechanical fastening with manual adjustments, requires the utmost precision. The end result is composed of twice as many parts as the gold versions.
ONYX STUDS AND NEW WAYS TO WEAR: CLASH DE CARTIER SOPHISTICATION
In its extra-large iteration, Clash de Cartier is wider and the onyx studs have been upgraded. They add sophistication to a totally flexible yellow gold bracelet, necklace and three-finger ring. In the great tradition of the Maison’s adjustable pieces, Clash de Cartier earrings in rose or white gold are comprised of two flexible lines that vary their appearance depending on whether they are worn on the front and back of the ear, or only on the front.
