Spanish sensation Rosalía has taken the fashion world by storm as the newest global ambassador for Dior. This announcement comes hot on the heels of her stunning appearance at the 2024 Met Gala, where she donned a meticulously crafted black strapless column skirt set by Dior, a masterpiece that demanded over 1800 hours of work. In her debut role as a brand ambassador, Rosalía headlines the Lady Dior advertising campaign, shot by renowned American photographer Collier Schorr. The French fashion house unveiled this glamorous campaign, showcasing Rosalía’s seamless integration into the Dior family. She recently made waves at the Dior Fall 2024 Ready-to-Wear show, proudly flaunting the iconic Lady Dior handbag.

Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior’s creative director, has long admired Rosalía’s artistry. She featured music from Rosalía’s critically acclaimed album, El Mal Querer, during Dior’s 2023 Cruise show in Seville, Spain. “I fell in love with Rosalía’s music instantly,” Chiuri shared. “Her dedication as a producer and musician is truly inspiring. What captivated me most was her ability to reimagine flamenco’s traditional sounds and attire, bringing them into a modern, contemporary context. Rosalía invents a new language with her voice, expressing strength, creativity, and identity.” Rosalía’s ambassadorship marks the first time since 2016 that a celebrity has fronted a Lady Dior campaign. She joins the ranks of Dior’s illustrious muses, including Natalie Portman and Charlize Theron, solidifying her status as a powerful and innovative force in both music and fashion.

San Vicente- Los Angeles private members club debuts next door to the Jane Hotel in the West Village. Adjacent to the Jane Hotel, a renowned party venue from the early 2000s, the upscale San Vicente recently opened its doors in the West Village. The club essentially lacks the secrecy of, for instance, the Century Club, which is the chosen club of the old-school media elite, and instead has the “see-and-be-seen” intensity factor.
