A whisper of old-world glamour meets fresh modern elegance in Palm Beach’s most anticipated hotel rebirth: The Vineta Hotel. Slated to open in 2025 under the prestigious Oetker Collection, this marks the brand’s first U.S. “Masterpiece Hotel,” and it’s already turning heads.
Located just two blocks off Worth Avenue, Vineta will reintroduce itself with only 41 rooms (down from 57), ensuring each space feels intimate and impeccably designed.
The restoration is led by Paris-based AD100 designer Tino Zervudachi, who’s blending airy Mediterranean Revival architecture with Palm Beach’s breezy sophistication. Think soft pastels, luminous courtyards, and the kind of discreet luxury that defines the island’s allure.
Highlights include Coco’s, the hotel’s signature Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, a chic cocktail bar, a tranquil pool house, and lush outdoor lounges perfect for long lunches or late night whispers.
With The Vineta, Palm Beach gains not just a hotel, but a sanctuary—a boutique jewel that captures the timeless charm of old Palm Beach while ushering in a new era of refined hospitality.
