Co-founder and Director of Catering & Events, Lexi Ritsch shares, "In 2014, we bought a 1969 Aristocrat Lo-Liner trailer on eBay (bidding on it from a local coffee shop), with big plans in mind. After months of renovating her into a perfect little event food truck, we were ready to introduce her to the community as the "Hamptons Aristocrat” with one goal: To offer a fun, new and easy way to entertain at home... and the rest is history! The Aristocrat paved the way for our Easy Entertainment business, and as our business continues to grow and evolve we will never forget these sweet beginnings."

Lexi adds, “Believe it or not, the fall is actually our most popular time for beach events! It might be that the
fall breeze pairs perfectly with the warm beach fire, or that the fast approaching winter puts a little pressure
on getting the last licks of summer. Whatever the reason, the quiet beaches make for a perfect backdrop
for gatherings well through October! Our Hamptons Aristocrat Beach Bistro offers a full restaurant experience In the beach. We have a thirteen foot culinary caravan which allows for full dinner experiences on the beach for groups up to 24 guests."
