Bottega Veneta has extended its world of quiet luxury into scent with the launch of its Mezzanotte fragrance collection, introduced in October 2025. Under the direction of Matthieu Blazy, the house brings its signature restraint, craftsmanship, and tactile elegance into a trio of fragrances designed to feel like moods rather than traditional perfume statements.
The collection consists of three scents: Good Morning Midnight, Hinoki, and Almost Dawn. Each was developed with master perfumers to capture the interplay between material, atmosphere, and emotion—hallmarks of Bottega Veneta’s design language.
Good Morning Midnight is the most dramatic of the series, built around deep woods, dark resins, and smoky warmth. It’s contemplative, evening-toned, and quietly intense. Hinoki takes a different approach, rooted in Japanese cedar with herbal nuances and a clean, meditative quality. Almost Dawn completes the trio with airy woods and soft musk, meant to evoke the hush of early light before the day fully begins.
The bottles themselves follow Bottega’s principles of design: sculptural, weighty, and pared back. Made from thick glass with clean lines and no visible logos, they feel more like modern objects than traditional perfume packaging—an intentional extension of the brand’s aesthetic.
Mezzanotte represents Bottega Veneta’s continued move toward creating a world rather than a product. It offers scent as atmosphere—subtle, refined, and effortlessly modern, appealing to those who prefer their luxury felt rather than announced.
For longtime admirers of the house, the collection is a natural evolution. For fragrance lovers, it introduces a thoughtful wardrobe of scents that speak softly but leave a lasting impression.
